We only collect personal and health-related information that is strictly necessary to save lives. This includes your verified mobile number, blood group, and city. This sensitive health data is collected solely to facilitate connection and coordination between voluntary blood donors and seekers during medical requirements. We believe in "Data Minimalism"—if we don't need it to help someone find blood, we don't ask for it.

2. Advanced Security Protocols

Your data is housed on secure AWS infrastructure protected by multi-layer encryption. We use industry-standard authentication protocols (JWT) to ensure that your profile is only accessible by your authorized device. Every account is secured with a unique cryptographic identifier to prevent unauthorized access.

3. Our "Never-Sell" Guarantee

We strictly prohibit the selling, renting, or sharing of your personal or health-related data with third-party marketers or advertising networks. Your contact information and blood group are used exclusively for the noble cause of donor coordination during medical emergencies.

4. Child Safety & Reporting Policy

Zero Tolerance Policy:

Raktdaan Seva has a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behavior that promotes child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any form of harm to minors. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users.

How to Report:

If you encounter any profile or activity that violates child safety, please report it immediately through:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the "Feedback > Category" button available on user profiles.
  • Email Support: Send an email to support@raktdaan-seva.in.

5. Transparent Communication

By using Raktdaan Seva, you agree to be contacted via secure mobile channels or SMS for emergency blood requests and account-related updates. You maintain full control over your donor status and can opt-out or update your details at any time.

6. No-Track Cookie Policy

We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking. We only use essential "Session Cookies" to keep you logged in and ensure the app functions smoothly during your visit.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information (such as your phone number, blood group, and medical info) only for as long as your account is active and necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, such as facilitating blood donation requests. If you choose to deactivate your account, your profile and associated data will be removed from active public searches immediately.

8. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly within the Raktdaan app by navigating to [Profile > Delete Account].

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will securely erase your personal data from our active databases within 3 working days.

9. Medical Disclaimer

RaktDaan Seva is a platform connecting voluntary blood donors with seekers and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This app is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or blood bank professional regarding any medical conditions, emergencies, or health requirements.
