1. Services Provided

Raktdaan Seva acts as a bridge between blood donors and recipients. Our service is strictly voluntary and non-commercial. We facilitate the search for donors in real-time based on geographical proximity.

2. User Authentication & Verification

To maintain a secure environment, we use WhatsApp Authentication (OTP) and mobile verification to validate user accounts. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. Eligibility and Medical Disclaimer

Donors must ensure they meet medical eligibility criteria as per local health regulations. Raktdaan Seva does not medically screen donors. Recipients and hospitals are responsible for conducting standard medical tests before any transfusion takes place.

4. Prohibited Uses

The sale of blood is illegal. Any user found soliciting money in exchange for blood donation will be permanently banned from the platform and reported to the authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Raktdaan Seva or its parent entity Raktdaan Seva be liable for any medical complications, delays in finding donors, or any disputes arising between users of the platform.

6. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your personal data and communication via third-party services like WhatsApp.
